5 Industrial Units London Road Trade Park
Works Included:
- Earthworks to reduce the formation levels (majority of materials retained on site)
- Substructure works: "Mass fill" concrete operation to perimeter of building footprint, due to poor ground conditions
- Reinforced concrete floor slab was then poured on compacted hardcore sub base
- Erection of steel framed units, cladding and roofing with profiled steel sheeting
- Installation of all services including drainage
- Construction and surfacing of new access roads and car park areas
- Construction of concrete hardstanding / Loading areas
