Project Description:
The construction of extension to house new laboratory with link corridor to existing building and refurbishment to both internal and external of existing building.
Works Included:
- Construction of a reinforced concrete floor slab
- Erection of steel framed portal building
- Cladding with composite insulated wall panels
- Installation of new services and re-routing of existing
- Employ and oversee the specialist services installations
- Fit out and decoration of internal areas
- External hard and soft landscaping
