Project Description:
The design & construction of a 12,000 ft2 4 storey business unit.
Works Included:
- Structural steel frame, on an insitu concrete raft foundation
- Cladding to the roof & walls. A hatch onto the roof and a mansafe system
- Aluminium windows, curtain walling & glazed external screens (some with doors)
- Grilles & roller shutters to the windows of the ground floor car park, and a roller shutter to the entrance
- Steel security doors on the perimeter of the ground floor
- Reinforced concrete upper floors, on metal decking
- Reinforced precast concrete stairs with vinyl floor finishes
- Internal walls are lined with plasterboard on framing, taped & painted
- Glazed partitions with interstitial blinds in offices
- All office space has Kingspan raised access floor panels overlayed with carpet tiles and suspended ceilings
- A full Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing installation with airconditioning and a lift
- Access road, carpark, hard & soft landscaping
