Project Description:
Construction of 6 business units, four of which have a precast concrete mezzanine floor office space, accessed by a precast concrete stair.
The structural steel frame, on reinforced concrete founds, has insulated cladding to walls and roof.
The front wall has feature brickwork up to first floor. Vehicle access is via manually operator "up & over" garage doors.
