The design & construction of a new fully serviced Medical Centre with car park comprising of:
- Concrete raft foundation on driven precast piles
- Single storey timber kit construction with feature timber roof to reception/waiting area & tiled roof
- Facing brick external walls
- Timber windows & screens with rollershutters & blinds
- Full electrical, mechanical & plumbing installation
- Fully decorated with carpet & vinyl floor finishes
- Fitted furniture & examination curtains
- Bespoke reception counter & medical record storage
- Desks, chairs & childrens play equipment
- Blacktop, paving, fencing & landscaping externally
