Project Description:
Remediation of contaminated area of complex to provide suitable platform for future construction of Biodiesel plant.
Works Included:
- Excavation of contaminated materials to a depth of up to 3m across site
- Removal of contaminated materials to soil hospital at Kinneil for specialist treatment
- Infilling of excavated areas with selected recycled materials from demolition of previous buildings
- Compaction and preparation of site for future development
