Enabling and Substructure packages as part of the new college.
Works Included:
- Cut and fill exercise involving the disposal of 4500m3 offsite and 2500m3 of imported material
- Formation of haul road and temporary car park
- Pile caps and ring beams
- Concrete floor slab
- Construction of retaining walls
- Installation of ducting and drainage
