Craighall Business Park
We are currently involved in our own development project at Port Dundas, Glasgow. This is the formation of a new business park from a brownfield site, creating in excess of 200,000 sq ft of purpose built, premium office space and parking for 400 cars.
The site was obtained from Glasgow City Council, a having lain dormant for over 25 years since the original tenement housing was demolished.
Our development will be a highly specified business park with close links to the city centre and the M8 motorway.
The first phase of the development has been completed with over 70,000 sq ft now fully occupied.
April 2006 saw the launch of phase 2 of the project and works have now commenced on the first of three buildings programmed for construction in 2007.
