Drainage
The Drainage Division was established in 1992 and now has a team of 30 specialist operatives. These personnel are highly trained and hold current CSCS cards, Confined Spaces Certification and many other certificates associated with the pressure jetting industry.
Our extensive client base in this sector includes Scottish Water, many Local Authorities, BAA at Glasgow Airport, BP FPS (Forties Pipeline Service) in Grangemouth and various MOD facilities.

Utilising the latest computer controlled CCTV Survey equipment, the Drainage Division can pinpoint the exact location and nature of the problem.
Once the problem has been established, Luddon have the capabilities to carry out the necessary repairs ranging from a minor blockage that can be cleared with pressure jetting to complex pipe re-lining or full-scale excavations and renewal.
As an alternative to extensive excavations Luddon has the capability to re-line damaged pipes in-situ. This method has been used successfully in many situations such as BP and Coca-Cola where the damaged pipes were inaccessible and disruption and down time had to be kept to a minimum.
This technique is proving to be a major success and through advances in the technology of the equipment and processes the installation times can be
dramatically reduced.
