Our Estimating Department is multi-disciplined and covers all facets of our varied works, including Civil Engineering, Building, Design and Build, Blacktop and CCTV works.
We will price contracts from £500 to £ 8 Million and will react with the same enthusiasm and professionalism regardless of the value.
We can offer an estimating service consisting of : Site inspection, bill formulation, preparation of cost plans and associated cash flows, advice on specification and traditional pricing of bills of quantities.
Additionally we can offer clients an all encompassing “turn key”project service consisting of everything from the initial land purchase, design & build within clients budget, financial and construction programming and all associated contractual documentation.
