Major Projects

The Major Projects Division is an integral part of the suite of divisions that provide the best possible service for our clients.

The division offers the full construction package required for the provision of projects such as new business developments like the 21 individual starter units constructed in three buildings at John Knox Street Clydebank for Clydebank Rebuilt and new facilities for clients such as food producers, Mortons Rolls, British Bakeries, Renshaw Scott Ltd (now Renshaw), plant and transport depots for clients like South Lanarkshire Council mortar plants for CPI Mortars and major chemical production plant (as part of a £150M alliance project)for BP FPS (Forties Pipeline Service).

The division also plays a large part in providing the hands on construction work often required by the much larger Main Contractors Group Companies such as Bovis, Mowlem, HBG, Gleeson and the like. In this area, projects include superstore and retail outlets such as Morrisons, B&Q, Braehead Shopping Centre and a considerable involvement through the Main Contractors Group in the burgeoning development of new schools for several local authorities.
