Luddon Construction Ltd are committed to providing a quality service to our customers that will ensure their satisfaction is achieved by meeting their requirements through the implementation of a management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
Through the implementation of this management system and meeting customer needs, the requirement for continual improvement of the management system will be considered through monitoring processes defined in the management system and reported through the management review.
Quality Objectives relating to the management system and the service provided by the organisation are set and reviewed through the Management Review process including audits, corrective actions, non conformances.
The establishment of the quality policy defines the commitment that Luddon Construction Ltd has towards ensuring an effective management system and delivery of service to our customers. All staff are aware of its requirements through acceptance of the policy and by continuous training, awareness and monitoring of the system.
This policy is reviewed as part of the ongoing management review activities required on a regular basis.
