Luddon Construction have been successful in securing two new exciting drive-through units which will contain a Burger King and Costa Coffee in Coatbridge.

The project will allow us to work again with Ediston Real Estate along with CBA Chartered Quantity Surveyors whilst being project managed by CSQ Consult.

Our scope of works will see us construct the shell of these two new single storey units within the existing car park of the adjacent B&Q. The buildings will consist of steel frame structures, concrete floor slab with a mixture of brickwork and cladding fabric. The surrounding car park will be renewed with new street lighting with our in-house Surfacing Division renewing the asphalt.

We are working closely with B&Q and surrounding businesses to ensure minimum disruption during the construction phase.

We have already commenced on site with the project due to be completed Summer 2020 to allow the tenant’s fit out teams to move in.
