It’s always nice to receive praise from a customer on a ‘Job well done!’ but it’s even more special when the nearby residents take the time to write an email and send us a picture of our site team celebrating the successful completion of one of our projects.

The praise our team received is not unusual but it’s always great when we are told that “All the guys from Luddon did a fantastic job despite coping with some of the worst rainfall in years” and that “All the Luddon guys were professional, friendly, courteous and very sensitive to the situation we faced with our neighbours… Every single one of them went above and beyond to help get the job done”.

The project involved the installation of a new drainage mound and waste water treatment plant within a confined courtyard adjacent to existing residential properties in the village of Tillietudlem on the outskirts of Lanark. Our site team not only completed this challenging project safely and on time with minimum disruption, but handed over to a delighted client who further commented that our team “took the time out of their busy day to explain what they were doing and also what they were planning to do”, thereby providing some much needed reassurance during what was a stressful time.
