Construction of a new two storey Health Centre building, including 3 doctors surgeries, district nurse facility, and both public and private car parking

• Concrete raft foundation
• 2 storey timber kit construction, a flat roof with single ply membrane and rooflights
• Rendered blockwork and rainscreen cladding walls
• Timber windows and aluminium screens with rollershutters and blinds
• Full electrical, mechanical and plumbing installation with a platform lift
• Steel stair
• Fully decorated with carpet and vinyl floor finishes
• Fitted furniture and examination curtains
• Bespoke reception counter and medical record storage
• Desks, chairs & children’s play equipment
• Blacktop, paving fencing and landscaping externally
