• 171m^³ reinforced concrete ground floor slab
• Gabion retaining wall
• Erection of steel portal frame
• Trimo wall cladding
• Membrane roof
• Reinforced concrete suspended flooring on Corus Comflor metal decking
• Pre-cast concrete stairs
• Installation of 13 passenger lift
• Brick and block work
• Drainage
• Installation of district heating system to tie into Commonwealth Games Athletes village network.
• Nike play surfacing
• Structural glazing to shop fronts and glazed canopies
• Solar shading
• Internal fit out including industrial kitchen in café
