Project Description:

Construction of 500m^² single storey timber frame multi practice medical centre in Irvine

Works Included:

• Trench fill strip foundations
• Blockwork sub-structure up to concrete floor slab
• Underfloor heating within floor slab
• Timber kit building with pitched roof trusses
• Bespoke dome at waiting area
• Blockwork superstructure with roughcast
• Internal partitions lining with soundblock gyproc
• Internal rooms divided into doctors consulting rooms, nurses rooms, reception and admin area, staff room, doctors library with shower room, large meeting room and dome shaped waiting area with both staff & public toilets
• Internal finishes include IPS panelling for medical sinks, bespoke cabinet and desks, intruder alarm, fire alarm, CCTV, PA system, LED lighting, out of hours intercom, industrial vinyl to medical areas with carpet to staff areas
