Project Description:

The construction of a steel framed 1876m^² warehouse containing 3 separate units within

Works Included:

• Each unit with welfare facilities (disabled WC, WC & kitchen) and a mechanical and electrical package
• Mechanical and electrical package provided sockets throughout the unit, lighting, gas heaters and plumbing to the facilities
• Externally there is a concrete hardstand provided for HGV entry with a rear entry porous car park
• The building envelope is constructed with Kingspan roof panels, Kingspan vertical cladding panels and micro rib horizontal panels
• The building is then complete with each unit containing a front overhead door, personnel fire exit door and a rear entry curtain walling with a glazed canopy over the entrance for aesthetics
