Project Description:

Construction of Harehill Wind Farm control building and associated civil works

Works Included:

• Three stage basement constructed from in-situ concrete along with pad and strip foundations
• Erection of 30m x 13m steel frame
• Blockwork external and internal walls
• 100mm composite roofing panels
• Rendered finish to external walls
• UPVC windows, steel doors and roller shutter door to workshop
• Formation of attic area with timber joists and chipboard flooring
• Installation of earthing grid
• Trenching and ducting for LV/HV power cabling and telecoms links
• New perimeter fencing and gates
• Installation of foul and surface water drains, ducting, fire fighting water storage tank and waste treatment plant
