• Drainage from buildings connected to existing site drainage
• Foundations for 2no independent buildings, nit 12 and unit 14-16
• Steel frame construction clad with brickwork and profiled sheeting, aluminium frame curtain wall shopfronts
• Reconfiguration of existing car park and all associated hard and soft landscaping for the site
• Installation of all utilities for the units
