Construction of a new Home Bargains retail unit including car park, service yard and new utilities

Works Included:

• Vibro compaction piling
• Concrete foundations
• Design, manufacture and construction of portal steel frame
• Lightning protection to portal steel frame
• Gas membrane to unit floor slab
• Preparation and placement of 150mm internal concrete floor slab
• Preparation and placement of 200mm thick external service yard concrete floor slab
• Construction of internal 140mm paint grade blockwork walls
• Construction of external leaf facing brick walls
• Construction of internal perimeter shaft wall
• Design supply and install new shopfront curtain walling
• Design, supply and install roller shutters to curtain walling shopfront
• Fire protection to structural steel members
• Installation of Kingspan insulated roof
• Installation of Kingspan wall cladding
• Design, manufacture and install new internal roof access stair
• Installation of totem sign, ECV charging bays and associated infrastructure
• Design, supply and install external street lighting and associated infrastructure
• New surface and foul water drainage inclusive of connections to SW infrastructure
• Attenuation drainage tanks
• Construction of new porous paving car park inclusive of filtration drainage below
• Hard and soft landscaping
• Provision of new utilities supply - BT, power and water inclusive of leasing with all utility providers
• Off site potable and fire main water works inclusive of circa 120m within public roadways
