  • Fuelling stations
  • 52m long Mot test and maintenance pits
  • 15m maintenance pits 
  • 2 fuel tanks 12 x 3.5 x 3.5 with a 126,000l capacity
  • Stud partitioning
  • Mechanical and electrical fit out including ventilation
  • Pre-cast concrete stairs
  • Metal fire escape and stair balustrade
  • IPS toilet panel systems
  • Installation of under floor heating

  • Metal decking for upper office
