- Reinforced concrete pad foundations and strip foundations

- Roof and wall cladding including membrane roof
- Brick and block walls
- Bus chassis wash
- Fuelling stations
- 52m long Mot test and maintenance pits
- 15m maintenance pits
- 2 fuel tanks 12 x 3.5 x 3.5 with a 126,000l capacity
- Stud partitioning
- Mechanical and electrical fit out including ventilation
- Pre-cast concrete stairs
- Metal fire escape and stair balustrade
- IPS toilet panel systems
- Installation of under floor heating
- Wet rooms
- Metal decking for upper office
- Fit out and decoration of office area
- Insulated overhead doors
- Drainage including storm cell attenuation and filter trenches
- Surfacing
- Installation of platform lift
- New water main, gas main and substation for power
