Redevelopment of racecourse facilities

Works Included:

  • Construction of canteen/locker room/shower and changing rooms for Jockeys
  • Stone column piling, steel frame with fibre cement profiled sheet roof, precast concrete 1st floor
  • Glazed front and rear elevations with facing brick gables
  • Facing brick partition walls, suspended ceilings, timber, ceramic tile and vinyl floor finishes
  • A steel stair winds round 3 sides of glass walls of the platform lift
  • Plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical services
  • Construction of 105 stables, horse shower bays, vet and VBT rooms. The perimeter stables link with the above to form a secure stable yard
  • Stone column piling, concrete slab, steel frame with fibre cement profiled sheet roof and hardwood timber planking walls
  • Plumbing and electrical services
  • Construction of groundkeepers store, mess and locker rooms plus Outdoor Activities Centre with offices, canteen, changing and shower facilities
