Project Description:

Conversion of former derelict cash and carry into new HQ for National Theatre of Scotland. Creating new offices, recording studio, workshops and rehearsal rooms

Works Included:

• Remove existing Asbestos roof and cladding. Remove existing floor slab and services
• Erect new steelwork thus creating new mezzanine floor level
• Fit new roof coverings and cladding including electric Velux window and aluminium window/screen to elevations
• Supply and installation of biomass boiler
• New internal and external drainage systems
• Install new passenger lift
• 4 new concrete and metal stairs
• Internal fit out comprises of new acoustic partitions, ceilings, screen/doors, ironmongery, lighting, heating, painting and floor coverings
• External works comprise of new pedestrian ramp, car parking, foot paths, external lighting and landscaping surrounding the canal area
