Project Description:

Shell works within existing packaging hall to enable new plant and machinery fit out

Works Included:

• Take down and remove existing personnel doors and roller shutter doors
• Blockwork wall to fill void from roller shutter door
• Application of new resin finish to the existing floor
• Internal and external metal cladding works
• Saw cutting to form 3m x 5m opening in existing 200mm thick concrete ceiling/floor 7m high to enable fitting of new carousel between the 2 floors
• Excavation to form four new lift pits
• Installation of new high speed roller shutter doors and fire doors
• Mechanical and electrical works including laser smoke detection system
• Painting the existing walls and ceilings
