Design and build of a 200,000ft^² warehouse and associated infrastructure

Works Included:

• Formation of pile mat
• 158no 250mm^² concrete friction piles and 486no 300mm^² concrete friction piles
• Ring beam foundations
• Erection of 700t of structural steelwork and reinforced concrete floor slab 18170m^²
• Single skin clad roof and walls
• Perimeter precast concrete push walls and internal precast concrete rocket walls and escape tunnels
• Mechanical and electrical works including power, lighting, fire main and fire alarm system and pedestrian doors and vehicle access doors
• Concrete and asphalt access road and reinforced concrete hardstanding 11720m^²
• Installation of storm surface and foul water drainage system
• Office facility
• Weighbridge, CCTV and security fencing and port infrastructure upgrade of power and IT
