Refurbishment of Unit 23 Sauchiehall Centre

Works Included:

• Complete strip-out of internal finishes
• The removal and replacement of the external façade and roof
• Groundworks
• Piling and test pile works
• Structural alterations to allow extension of the façade at street level
• Internal down taking (shell only)
• Roof works being under a car-park ramp with limitations on height
• New framework
• Working in a high street environment with logistical challenges
• Loading and unloading of steel from street to site
