Project Description:

Internal alteration and refurbishment of part of an existing warehouse to form offices, staff and warehouse kitchen and toilets, photographic room, samples room and new trade counter

Works Included:

• Forming internal partitions to create new offices, photography studios and sales areas
• New ceiling finishes including MF ceilings, suspended ceilings and open grid ceilings
• New curtain walling and glass internal lobby to sales area
• Internal fit-out including new kitchen, staff breakout areas and reception desk
• New electrical installation including small power, lighting and data
• New mechanical installation including new heating system and air handling units
