Project Description:

Design and build of a single storey Doctor and Dental Surgery in Yoker

Works Included:

• Concrete raft foundation
• Concrete floor with integral underfloor heating
• Timber framed main structure with mono pitch roof
• Facing brickwork and curtain walling to external walls
• Self-draining monoblock car park
• Landscaping

Infection control was a main consideration so design incorporated bespoke cabinets to surgery areas, vinyl flooring and wet rooms
