Luddon Construction's Drainage Services Division regularly provide CCTV surveys, drain cleaning and repairs as well as planned maintenance and a 24/7 emergency service to some of Scotland’s leading public and privately owned companies.
Over the years we have built up a considerable repeat client base which is testament to the quality of service we provide.
In addition to being members of the relevant Trade Associations such as the Water Jetting Association, all of our specialist operatives are CSCS card holders and Confined Spaces Certified. They also have experience of working in a vast range of construction environments including specialist industries such as petrochemical and rail.
Works include and are not limited to:
• Drain/Sewer repair
• Blockage investigation
• Septic Tank emptying
• Gully cleaning
• Drainage maintenance programmes
• Pre and post adoption surveys
• Interceptor services
• Odour investigation
• Manhole repairs
• Solutions to persistent blockages
• Pipe Tracing/mapping
• Cleaning/manual rodding
• Flooding problem solutions
• Patch lining
• PTS trained operatives for trackside works
• Pre/post demolition surveys
We utilise the latest computer controlled CCTV equipment including Intrinsically Safe (Explosion Proof) equipment. Our specialist cameras relay live footage to our mobile unit, enabling our on-site engineers to assess the structural condition and integrity of the drainage pipes and pinpoint the exact location and nature of any problems encountered.
One of our skilled technicians will take the client through the footage in conjunction to the report showing exactly what the areas of concern are and where they are located.
The survey is digitally recorded and copies are provided to the client as a permanent record of their survey.
Our high-pressure jetting equipment cleans and unblocks drains and sewers and a fleet of Vactors and Tankers can remove debris from pipes and liquid waste from septic tanks, gullies and manholes.
Excavation and Repair
In certain situations it is not possible to repair damaged pipelines through high pressure jetting or re-lining of the pipes and in these instances Our Drainage Services team has the in-house capability to carry out full scale excavations and repair of pipes.
