Luddon Surfacing is a National Highways Sector Scheme 16 registered contractor.

All bituminous materials and asphalts produced and supplied are done so in accordance with the requirements of Sector Scheme 14 and works are carried out in accordance with the Specification for Highway Works and BS 594987:2015
