Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) Update27 April 2017
Following a review of the current Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) by the Scottish Government and Skills Development Scotland (SDS), it is intended to modify the ILA scheme with the intention of ensuring that the scheme is delivering the training and skills that will help people get into work or improve the prospects of those in low paid work.
The new scheme will change the name of ILA to Individual Training Account (ITA) and is expected to commence no later than 30th September 2017.
