Congratulations to our teams working at the Laphroaig Distillery, Port Ellen on the beautiful Isle of Islay and at the Diageo Blackgrange facility in Alloa; the largest whisky warehouse complex in Europe.

Our project at Laphroaig Distillery involves the construction of a new 2000m² spirit bond racked warehouse, associated hardstanding and access roads, bund and slab construction, steel frame, cladding and new doors, stairs and ramps.

Back on the mainland, our ongoing works with Diageo at Blackgrange comprises the upgrade of the existing fire mains infrastructure to the entire site of the maturation complex at Alloa. The works also include the formation of a new car park, upgrades to the roads, new pedestrian barriers, turnstiles and security fencing.

Both of our project teams have ensured that project progress and excellent safety performance have gone hand-in-hand since commencing. It’s always great to see that the challenges that come while working in high-risk environments are continually well managed and that our teams always work with an attitude that all jobs are carried out with a safety-first approach!

It’s great to be working with our whisky clients and to show off the projects we deliver, taking into account safe planning, a quality final product and safe delivery by our site teams.
