Luddon Construction have been appointed to deliver a new build office in Selkirk for Oregon Timber Frame.

The works comprise the construction of a new two storey office, steel frame with brick and metal cladding/curtain walling finishes. A single ply roof with accessible plant deck and solar panels.

The civils work includes earthworks, drainage, new roads, car parking and landscaping.

The design team involved in the project includes; Wilson Bowden as Client Representative, Gleeds as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor, Oberlander Architects as Architect and Principal Designer, Etive Consulting Engineers as Structural Engineer, Hulley & Kirkwood as M&E Consultant, Atelier Ten as Fire Engineer/Consultant and Land Use Consultants as Landscape Designer.

The project commenced in March 2024 and are due for completion by Winter 2024.
