Luddon Construction recently completed the design and build of a new 35,000ft² Home Bargains unit, 1,800ft² Greggs Drive Thru unit and associated external works at The Stack Retail Park, Dundee for TJ Morris Ltd.

The new build Home Bargains comprised a steel superstructure with insulated roof and wall panels and external finishes such as curtain walling.

The external civils works involved drainage systems, all incoming services, new road, car park and hard and soft landscaping.

The design team appointed to this project consists of p3 Consulting as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors, Ireland Design Architects, Ramage Young as Civil and Structural Engineers and Horizon M&E Services Design as MEP Engineer.

This store in Dundee is the sixth Home Bargains delivered by Luddon Construction, with the other new builds completed in Blairgowrie, Rutherglen, Stirling, Craigmiller and St Rollox.
