Luddon Construction have completed the new 20,000ft² Home Bargains unit in Rutherglen, with the store officially opening last week.

The new store for TJ Morris Ltd, was built on vacant land off Dalmarnock Road at the northern edge of Rutherglen, beside a new Starbucks drive-thru.

The design team involved in this project consisted of Smith Design Associates as Architects, Ramage Young as Structural and Civil Engineers and Faithful+Gould as Quantity Surveyors.

This Home Bargains in Rutherglen is the fourth completed store delivered by Luddon Construction, with the fifth store currently under construction in Blairgowrie and due to be completed by Spring 2022.
