Renfrewshire hotel launches new lodges with hot tubs

Hospitality operator Manorview have unveiled 10 new countryside lodges at their Renfrewshire property, Bowfield Hotel & Spa. The cosy lodges all have private hot tubs overlooking stunning views – ensuring guests can soak up the scenery while they unwind.

Luddon Construction carried out all enabling and civil engineering works, while also overseeing the full development.

Logspan supplied and installed the new lodges, with the interiors designed by Space ID, with Sketch and Design providing bespoke finishes, and Keith Robertson Landscaping delivering all landscaping and planting throughout the site.

Created to offer hotel guests a new way to experience Bowfield, the lodges (all named after Scottish munros) are ideal for a relaxed countryside escape, giving couples and families respite from the hustle and bustle and an opportunity to enjoy special moments together.

9 of the lodges have a bedroom (twin or double), living area (with double sofa/sofa bed), smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and en-suite shower room. Outside, there’s a decking area with bubbling hot tub, sun parasol and seating area. Sleeping 2-4 guests, they are perfect for families and couples, and are available for spa break guests too.

The tenth lodge is extra special and has a larger living room space and bedroom. There’s also a tv at the foot of the bed and a standalone bath-tub in the bedroom, in addition to the outside hot tub. Named Ben Lomond after the view the lodge looks out to, it’s been especially created for couples and is ideal for special occasions.

Commenting on the launch, Juliet Parry, General Manager at Bowfield Hotel & Spa said: “The scenery at Bowfield is undoubtedly part of the experience here – so we’re delighted to bring these lodges to our guests and ensure they can take full advantage of our setting while they enjoy a short break with us.”

The venue has an emphasis on spending quality time together and escaping day-to-day stresses, something the lodges are there to enhance.

“Life can be busy!” continued Juliet. “Our lodges are created for guests to enjoy a short break, breathe in the fresh country air, admire the views, and enjoy our fantastic facilities. They are perfect for unwinding. Whether you’re visiting with your partner, kids, a friend or relative, there really is something for everyone to enjoy at Bowfield – and the lodges have just added to that. We’ve had great interest in them already and look forward to welcoming the many guests who’ve booked.”

Adam Cosgrove, Operations Director at Manorview said “It’s fantastic to open our highly anticipated lodges. Bowfield has gone from strength to strength, and this is a great addition to Bowfield that we know customers will love.”
