Design and Build of a 50,000ft^²  facility for the storage of fish meal 

Works Included:

• Formation of asphalt access road
• Formation of concrete hardstanding
• Formation of pile mat
• Installation of 136no 250sq concrete friction piles
• Installation of ring beam foundations
• Installation of storm surface water drainage system
• Erection of 240t of structural steelwork
• Erection of single skin clad roof and walls
• Installation of pedestrian doors and vehicle access doors
• Installation of perimeter precast concrete push walls and internal precast concrete rocket walls.
• Installation of mechanical and electrical works including lighting, fire main and fire alarm system
• Installation of concrete floor slab
• Installation of industrial PVC curtain
