• Steel frame on reinforced concrete pad foundations
• Reinforced concrete ground floor slab
• Current Costa Coffee standard design superstructure
• Drainage alterations and extensions
• Incoming services
• Modifications to car park including external lighting
• Alterations to landscaped areas
• Formation of additional parking bays out-with the site boundary
