Project Description:

Design and build of two steel framed starter business units (combined floor space of 1728m^²) together with drainage, external services and infrastructure

Works Included:

• Reinforced concrete foundations
• Erection of structural steel work
• Installation of Kingspan roof and wall cladding
• Constructing new adoptable road entrances, access roads and footpaths
• Permeable paving to parking bays with sustainable drainage system
• Extensive Drainage works on foul and surface water pipes from 100mm to 600mm
• Upgrade of existing sustainable drainage pond to an adoptable standard for Scottish water. This involved drainage diversion with installation of penstocks valves to allow water to drain the new pond when required, installation of new outlet concrete headwalls, two new concrete sediment forebays, gabion baskets and gravel base with permafilter liner
