Construction of a new 20,000ft² retail unit

Works Included:

• General site clearance
• Formation of concrete service yard area
• Formation of mono block car park and footpaths
• Installation of storm surface and foul water drainage system and tie in to newly installed main line
• Erection of structural and cold rolled steelwork
• Installation of a composite panel roof and wall cladding
• Installation of concrete floor slabs to all units
• Installation of curtain walling to unit
• Installation of 140m internal blockwork
• Installation of facing brick to external structure of building
• Installation of reinforced concrete boundary wall with facing brick to external faces
• Installation of street lighting apparatus and associated ducting  
• Provision of utilities water, gas, electricity and BT
• Fire protection works
• Installation of steel door sets and roller shutter doors
• Public realm works including natural stone paving, walls and seating, fencing
